Participants will learn how to play and care for several commonly used instruments for sound baths such as: crystal singing bowls, flutes, bells, lyres, guitar, gongs, tongue drums, and hand pans, and more.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own instruments as well, but all participants will have access to the instruments and hands-on learning is apart of the process.
