sound bath
/ˈsound ˌbaTH/
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and let waves of sound wash over you. Instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create deep, relaxing vibrations. There is no water involved. The goal is to quiet your mind and relax your body.
-AI Overview
At the core of our work, we are using music to help people feel good. Our sound baths are a unique approach to that end -effective for both individual sessions and with groups.

SOUND BATHS
MUSICAL ENTRAINMENT

GROUPS
Acoustic Group (2-75 People)
This works really well for spaces without power like public parks, beaches, botanical gardens, and ancient ruins -but some of our favorite indoor spaces are museums, libraries, and old churches. The beauty of an acoustic group is that it can be facilitated in nearly any space.
Amplified Group (75 + People)
Large crowds require more sound -powered amplification is how we create that. For a group of 100 or more people, finely tuned and positioned speakers provides every participant with a center mat presence.

EVENTS
SHARING THE POWER OF ENTRAINMENT
We create events that immerse you in a feeling rather than just entertain you. Every experience crafted is exploratory and pushes the boundaries between life and art. Live concerts, training workshops, secret sound baths, and wellness collaborations -there is plenty to discover.

Sun, Jan 03Jacksonville, FLSound bath and house concert -a sonic reset and restorative launching pad to a new year. Experience crystal singing bowls, tongue drums, flutes, and piano in a relaxing BNB-style setting where you can rest alone or with friends.

COMMUNITY
GIVING MUSIC TO ALL
This began with a desire to help people feel better using music -and through creative placement, we've introduced this kind of music to hundreds of people who otherwise might not have had access to it. This is the real work we do, and it never ends.

PROTON THERAPY INSTITUTE
Cy Quest is a regular volunteer performer in the patient lobby and collaborates often with Sound Quest, a handpan duo.
His solo piano work, highly praised by the staff and patients alike, can be found on his YouTube page.
On Tuesdays, Cy Quest typically joins Sound Quest on the hand pan with additional piano between 1 PM - 2 PM.
Random piano performances happen throughout the week between 8am - 5pm.

SECRET SOUND BATHS
For years, we've shared our craft with the public through our secret sound bath series, an immersion of sound in public and hidden spaces.
We've occupied public parks, beaches, cafes, salons, and studios to provide our community with free access to sound baths.

JACKSONVILLE PARKS DEPT.
Our partnership with the Jacksonville Parks Department has created a monthly opportunity for residents to attend free sound baths hosted in city parks.
Through this program we've reached hundreds of people and have collaborated with a number of local facilitators, encouraging Jacksonville residents to make the most of their local parks.
